We love to work with people who know what they want and have done at least some research to create a realistic budget. This is YOUR home and we want this project to reflect your desires, not ours. This is when we meet face to face to look at your project and ask you a lot more questions. We measure, analyze the space, and talk through your desires for the project. We also use this step to really make sure that we are the best contractor for you. We like to be honest and upfront about our capabilities and limitations. Best to do this at this step. If we all think we are a good fit, then we move to Step 3.
After gathering the specific details, measurements, and jobsite limitations, we use this data to prepare a detailed estimate. We try to include all of the areas of the project into this estimate, so that this will be the base of our contract, should you want to move forward. We also provide a timeline for the project and provide our current availability.
The cards are now in your hands. Ready to move forward? Great! We will prepare the contract and pricing terms, collect the deposit and put your project on our schedule.
Not ready to move forward? No problem. Maybe the project cost is more than your budget and you need time to save. Maybe you found out that things in your life have changed and this project lost rank on your priorities. Contact us when you are ready and we will verify any cost changes and provide an updated estimate.
